In normal circumstances suspension of the account or disconnections due to non-payment are computer generated once it reaches a certain parameter (like exceeding the credit limit).
Some leeway may be given if escalated but would not be a guarantee that the line would again be disconnected once it reaches the given parameter once again.
It would be less of a risk for Globe if your outstanding balance would not exceed the credit limit you have regardless of how much you have paid in part or in full.
