sometimes the imei of the phone is in the box of the phone, you can check the box of the phone to know what is the imei number.

I would not rely so much on the IMEI to track your phone nor reporting it to the NTC or even to Globe might be useless if it is stolen as the IMEI could be changed.

In case you give up and would just want your number back, just go to Globe for a replacement sim but be sure that you bring an ID and proof that the sim number is yours (sim case, receipt or any other evidence) and an affidavit that the sim and phone were stolen.
