That device is only 3G capable and the 4G is only a name or claims to have "4G" speeds using only the 3G network. It is not LTE capable and 4G is being used only for marketing purposes.
If you also notice, Globe's "4G" Map includes areas which are covered by HSPDA sites which is a 3.75G classification (which actually is just 3G) which for marketing purposes they consider as 4G probably to entice the public.
Globe should take the initiative to correct this misconception and misinformation so the consumer would not expect anything more.
