Yes... just go to a Globe Store and bring proof of ownership (sim packaging, receipt or the like) and a valid ID. You might be required to fill out an affidavit of loss to further strength you claim (if prepaid) and questioned on the sim's recent transaction to validate your ownership specially if you do not have enough proof. If postpaid, just bring a vaild ID.
You lose your smartphone with your SIM inserted.
Next time, insert your SIM card somewhere else.
Anyway, visit a Globe store and request for a replacement SIM. You may try request for a Spare SIM card just in case you lose your smartphone with your new sim inserted, again.
