    Pick up/delivery

      Hi! Just paid my cash out for my Galaxy S6 pre-order yesterday. kaso lang walang details dun sa confirmation na enmail kung san kukunin yung phone. The agents at the store coudn't give me an anwer as well. Any thoughts about it?

          How did you avail the toyphone? Online? Hotline? Globe Store?
          Where did you pay the Cashout?

          In my recent smartphone availment, the Cash Out was charged to me after delivery.

          Normally, Cashout can be paid COD or via Credit Card. I am not sure what happened in your case.

              Hi! this is samwise. Nasa work ako di maka login using fb.hehe..

               

              Online ko siya na avail (pre-order). Yung cash out sa Glorietta 2 ko binayaran. Sa confirmation email po kasi walang details kung saan kukunin ang phone at wala naman sinabi na delivery yung phone. Tumawag nadin ako kahapon sa customer service at wala din sila masagot. Ayun ginawan nang report.

                  Youdon't ould have clarified all the information first before making the payment.

                  I hope you have the Official Receipt of the payment with you.

                  I definitely recommend that you visit a Globe Store and let them help you with your concern. Visit Glorietta. Ask for their Manager to assist you.

                  I don't trust the Consumer Hotline these days. Unless you were able to talk to a supervisor and the creature was able to call the support group, your report is useless.

                    Wow buti kapa may confirmation email. Anung laman ng confirmation email?

                     

                    In my case, several times ako tumawag kasi until now wala pa rin akong natanggap na email confirmation after I settled the amount they quoted. And then just the other day, I called the hotline and the young lady sent me the recontracting form with all the details including pickup location, handset availed and cashout info. Sabi ng mga agents na nakausap ko, I can pick up the unit sa preferred Globe Store ko on April 18 kasi nagpre-order ako online, pero I'm still anxious  if sa April 18 mapipickup yung unit kasi ang labo ng process nila..wala man lang notification if naprocess na yung recontracting. I will really be disappointed if di ko mapickup yung unit sa 18th.

                     

                    Btw, sa online account ko with Globe, pansin ko lang na nachange na yung dashboard from "Best Ever MySuper Plan" to "My Plan with Unli Call and Text to Globe/TM" ..maybe its good to go but please Globe, send me complete details of the recontracting and assurance na mapipick up tlaga yung unit sa 18th.

                        3 times na ako tumawag nag 1-2 days ang pagitan nang calls and ang sinasabi lang lagi gagawan nang report. then kanina pumunta ako sa Greenbelt..nung nag inquire ako sinabihan ba naman ako na tumawag at di nila hinahandle ang ganung concerns..tumawag naman ako (that's the 3rd time)...

                         

                         

                        sabi nung nakausap ko na agent gagawan ulit nang report at tinanong nya pa sa supervosir nya eto...ayun ang sabi sakin ginawan nang case na kung pwede dun sa glorietta ko nlng kunin kasi duon ako nagbayad..pumunta naman ako sa glorietta and may nag assist sakin na sales agent... kinuha yung papers ko and parang pumunta sa likod ewan ko basta sa loob nang room kasi titignan daw...bumalik cya and sabi di nya raw ma contact ang support group kasi nasa meeting at kinuha ang number ko..

                         

                         

                        ang masama jan.. di nya daw ma confirm na pwede dun sa kanila kunin sa 18th kasi daw si globe may bibigay na list of people na nag pre-ordre na dun ang prefered pick-up location and pag wala ka dun di sila mag rerelease nang unit..pwede naman daw walk in sa 19th kasi yun daw ang start na pwede na sila mag release para sa mga di naka pre-order..sabi ko naman pwede naman sa 19th nlng kaso tinanong ko tungkol sa freebies and sabi baka di na mabigay yun..

                         

                        yun nga ang purpose nang pre-order diba? para mauna kang makakuha nang unit at makakuha din nang freebies?

                         

                         

                        gang ngaun walang linaw san kukunin...napapagod na ko mag contact sa kanila... haizzzz.. not a good start..
