    account disconnection


      After calling the disconnection hotline, do u have to pay the entire remaining balance before they close it or do you have to wait for the final bill to be generated first? then will they send a written confirmation that the account has really closed?

          They would be able to compute for you the final bill and unless you had excess usage or have gone beyond the parameters of your plan, then it would be considered terminated already as we as postpaid subscribers (if payment is updated) ALWAYS pay the MSF in advance (check your bill) unlike the other network when it is only paid on the applied period used.


          You will receive a final billing (which is not indicated as final) as a matter of formality but if you did things via call, you would not have any documentation that you actually disconnected it unless you request Globe to issue you one.
