I've been trying to reconnect my line via self service menu. It kept saying I will receive a confirmation message after 2 hours but it's been days but I still haven't receive any message. I paid my overdue charges and my monthly bill (around 2k because apparently I'm subscribed to a Club Content thingy) last Sunday via phone banking and it was reflected on Tuesday. Today, I tried the live chat and I found out that my line is already active. My pocket wifi has now signal (all green) but I still can't connect to the internet. Any advice? I'm using a tattoo pocket wifi.
Try to turn off and on your pocket wifi, then check if you can now connect. If that doesn't work, try to connect your pocket wifi to a computer open the Globe dashboard and check your APN settings it should be internet.globe.com.ph
