    It's been quite a year now since my family in the philippines having trouble with the internet connection,we tried to report but nobody urgently respond to our problem.


      My plan is Globe broadband wimax and I am paying 995 per month (excluding extra payment for late payment). i just don't believe I am paying this month monthly for nothing. My place is in Balayan Batangas. Can anyone atleast help me sort this problem.. I'm working here abroad, i don't want to take away the connection at home bacause every time I want to know their condition  but unfortunately due to this problem connection i wasn't able to reach them. Please help me otherwise i will decide to finally terminate my subscription. Thank you very much for the prompt response.
