Yes, they will reconnect it if you pay all past due amounts. Take note that they still charge you your monthly even if it is already disconnected.
That depends on the status ng account mo. Kung temporary disconnected pa lang then yes pwede mo pa ipa-reconnect by paying your due bills. Pero kung permanently disconnected na yung account, you have no choice but to pay the pre-termination fee and the remaining months of your contract then you will have to re-apply for a new connection. Globe gives subscribers few months grace period to settle past dues before the account is submitted for termination. I think ang grace period nila is 2 months from the time your account was placed on temporary disconnection. So better to try to contact the hotline to check your account if it is already terminated or not.
