Globe has intensified its moves to migrate postpaid subscribers to Paperless billing by offering a lot of promos, incentives and even using "Mother Earth" as an excuse for all this.
Is this really good for the subscriber or just a cost saving measure for Globe?
Has Globe been implementing paperless billing the way it is supposed to be done? (You may want to check or even compare how credit card companies implement it in accordance to the e-commerce law).
If indeed one agrees to go paperless billing, why then require a Proof of Billing Address (physical location) IF Globe thinks that its electronic documents are valid and official?
Think about it before going paperless.
