There could be a lot of reasons among which the payment center has not forwarded your payment for posting, Globe having a system glitch (it happens) or even the systems within Globe and the payment center have not synchronized yet.
Nevertheless, if you have the Official Receipt which is a valid document to prove your payment, you need not worry.
where did you pay your bills? if pay your bills thru internet banking,mobile banking or speedtellers, the posting of your payment would be 2 working days. the day that pay you bills is not included in 2 working days. If you pay april 29, the posting of your payment would be on May 1.
