    What to do on Unposted Payment?

      I pay through bdo account about a week ago and I haven't receive any receipt from Globe.

          You can call 211 or 02730-1000 to check if your payment is already posted. If you paid thru BDO the posting of payment will be after 2 working days If the payment is not yet posted after 2 working days, you can request to raise an Unposted Payment case by calling the hotline. Just make sure that you can provide a reference number in regards with the payment. The Official receipt from BDO may do
