I just got a message "We've temporarily deactivated your outgoing service because your unbilled charges already exceed the credit limit of this number". I'm on a Tattoo GoSurf Plan 499 and I've been using it for less than a month so I'm wondering why it was deactivated.
You may have already exceeded your data allocation for the month. Please note that this plan only has 3GB of data. Anything beyond that is charged on top of your bill. In your case, you may even have exceeded your credit limit, which explains your temporary disconnection.
Have a Hotline Care rep check your unbilled charges. You may also check this through the Globe website or Gservices app.
