    Some globe agents don't fully understand the product they are selling to the customers

      Hello admins, tanung lang po bakit meron pong mga agent na hindi ata kabisado ang product? Panu po ba maiwasan yun para mas masatisfy naman ang mga consumer sa globe services?

       

      Naexperience ko po kasi lately nag-apply ako sa LTE plan pero mali yung information na binigay sakin ng agent. Nag-usap kame over the phone and email about his offer. He even assured me na matagal na niyang ginagawa yun sa mga subs niya at satisfied daw sila. I kept the email for future reference. Then now, ibang iba po yung actual sa expectation na inalok niya sakin na plan. I'm so disappointed po sa result. I emailed that agent pero di na siya nagreply since mareceive niya concern ko. Feeling ko tuloy naisahan ako ni agent. Pwede po bang i-reklamo eto? I still have the email kung saan ibang iba yung sinabe niya sa totoong inoffer sakin.

       

      I called globe support team about pre-termination kasi hopeless nako, pero instead of terminating the plan, we came up with various possible solution to address my concern so I THANK them for that!

       

      Sana po wag to i-delete ng admin, this is for improvement narin ng globe services para sa mga taong loyal sa globe gaya ko.
