florenz83 Hi there! I assume that you got a phone when you applied for a Postpaid plan. If so, GoSurf 99 at the very least is mandatory since your phone is internet-capable. However, if you truly do not use the internet on your phone, you can try:
I want to unsubscribe from GoSURF, how do I do it?
For Prepaid customers: Just text GoSURF STOP to 8888.
For Postpaid customers: Text GoSURF STOP to 8888. ie. GoSURF 99 STOP
Keep in mind that Unsubscribing will forfeit your remaining MB allocations.
Keep in mind that you will not be covered by anti-bill shock and you will be charged regular rates once you unsubscribe.
thanks RNav, a globe personnel also sent me a notification regarding my concern and i've learned that it's possible to change gosurf pack. and from that, i want to change my subscription from GoSurf Pack 99 to classic pack consumable 100. do you know how? please let me know.. thanks

How do I change my promo packs?
From December 22, 2014 to January 31, 2015, you can only change your promo packs via a Globe Store or hotline. Self-service channels such as SMS, *143#, GServices, and the Globe website will only be available starting February 1, 2015 onwards.
Again and again, over and over, again and again, the GoSurf 99 is a mandatory subscription for an availed device that requires data subscription. It's for your own use and protection against Bill Shock.
