      I really have a lot of concerns about your services ( customer service, internet connection..etc), unang una on time kami nag babayad ( minsan delay kasi late kau nakakapag padala ng bill, hindi lan yun, ang una naming bill binigay sa taong hindi namin kilala), pero bakit ang ang dami2 nyong charges eh hindi namin ksalanan kung ba't delayed yung payment namin. Pangalawa, ako po ngayon ay nagtatrabaho sa BAHAY (Home-based job) at alam nyo nang in need ko ang internet, pero bat ang bagal ng connection ng internet nyo? di ko na matapos tapos ang trabaho ko dahil sa serbisyong binibigay nyo, diba dapat sandalan kayo ng mga taong nangangailangan hindi sakita sa ulo? Isang concern ko pa, may nakausap ang asawa ko na customer service nyo, me tinatanong ang asawa ko at nakakasama ng loob kasi hindi tama yung binigay na info sa amin, tsaka na nalamn nung pinuntahan ng asawa ko personally ang office nyo. Please naman po, paki resolba naman tong problema namin sa inyo, dahil sa nagbabayad naman po kami ng maayos sa inyo. @

                First and foremost, I would like to deeply apologize for your experience so far. Perhaps I could assist with your concerns and hopefully alleviate some of your grievances.

                 

                Regarding your billing dispute, have you checked your billing statement since the charges are clearly outlined there? Now about your customer service complaint can you provide more info on this? What was your initial concern and what was misinformation provided by our customer service representative?
