Hi. I lost my phone last March. I availed the 1799 plan with an additional 395 unlimited texts to globe. I requested for a regular sim and used it for 3 weeks. Just this April, I requested again for a sim suitable for iPhone 5. They gave me one. I went to globe here in our city in Laguna to pay my bill this month. It has exceeded the limit. I was checking my plan online for updates but 0.00 is the amount that appears. I don't even know how my balance now reached that amount. The breakdown of the bill is not also indicated whenever I text plan unbilled to 2312. 0.00 also appears. Why is that so? Please reply. Thank you.
