GlennO Hi, i just want to inquire about our account no. in globe. We just had an installation last May 13 2015. We got the phone but not yet activated. To make a follow up, i need to key in an account no. which we were not given the time it got installed. Even our hooq free activation that was sent to us was not working. it said its expired already. Now we want to follow up the status of our phone activation so we are able to use and hope we can get an account for the service right away before the billing.
