      Good day!

      I would like to make an appeal regarding the recent statement of account I received. It says I still have due on May 04, 2015 amounting to 2,151.02 this is for my pocket wifi which I have monthly bill of 999. I already paid 1000 last May 18, 2015 and assumed that the "statement of account" I received is not yet updated and then I don't have any balance anymore. the last time I check I remember that when I'm about to extend my other load tipid plan because its already 2 yrs since I applied and part of it is a previleged that I can get a Loyalty phone. I called 211 globe Customer service and they advice me to pay my balance for my other account which is the pocket wifi when my free handset is deliver, last March 6, 2015 they shipped my handset and received it last March 20, 2015 attached is the acknowledgment receipt for the payment I made when I received the handset.


      I am hoping for immediate action regarding my problem.

            I'd like to assist you on this one. To clarify, how much is your disputed amount and for which bill number?

                Good day!

                please I need updated copy of my bill account # 14126224. I don't have any balance on this account because I already settled it last March 6, 2015 when I received the loyalty phone for my other account Tipid Plan I paid the said amount.

                Hoping you could help me with this.
