I have a GCash Mastercard that i tried to use to purchase at a foreign site. It came back with an error that after checking, tells me that i have to contact the bank since it thinks its a fraudulent charge. How do i inform globe/gcash of this valid purchases so i can process my purchases without any more hassle?

Add: I was able to purchase using this card on local sites like ensogo FYI. Also the caravan people told me that I did not have to KYC and had the card activated infront of me as well. Also tried GCash AMEX but still got the same error message. And i kept getting charged for every time i had the card verified by the site/s.
