Hi! I am new here. I just want to ask if what can I do about postpaid application that was disapproved?
I recently applied for postpaid line "sim only" subscription via telephone then nagsubmit ako ng requirements na valid ID sa email then tumawag ulit ang agent at sabi niya na disapproved daw ang application ko.
history, nakapagapply narin ako before through online website at through walk in sa globe store then submit ng mga requirements pero walang feedback ang globe sakin. inisip ko nalang na baka dahil with gadget ang mga previous application ko kaya hindi natutuloy kaya i tried na sim only nalang dahil kailangan ko lang din naman ng postpaid line dahil nirerequire ako ng office.
Have you asked the one who called you the reason why you're application was disapproved? They should've provided you feedback why your application was disapproved. You may call 211 or 02-7301000, provide them your full name or any reference number regarding the application.
