ang rude ng ibang customer service rep sa Globe Telecom. nakakapikon. ang ayos ng approach ko ang sarcastic sumagot. i'm just asking a simple question pero ilang beses pinaulit yung account number na hindi naman dapat kasi pareho kaming pinoy para di ako maintindihan for pete's sake, ilang beses ako ni-hold, tapos sabi itatransfer tapos after ko maghintay siya din pala makakausap ko at sasabihin na iself service ko nalang daw yung gagawin ko. what's the point of calling? and when i said "im just asking lang naman po if nag push through yung ginawa ko" he answered me with a very galit na voice "HINDI NGA RAW KAYA NGA I SELF SERVICE MO NALANG ICOCONNECT KITA ULIT, OKAY?" nakakabastos po.
I'm deeply sorry about your experience with one of our hotline CS reps. First and foremost, I'm going to assure you that we do not tolerate this kind of behavior towards our customers in need like yourself.
Would you let me know your initial concern on why you called our hotline in the first place? I'd like to help you with that first, then we can proceed to creating a complaint against the said CS rep.
