      Our credit card processing service indicated that the billing information as entered into our online ordering system didn't match the billing information on file with the credit card company.  Therefore, we wish to confirm that we are conducting business with the authorized card holder, and that we do have the correct billing information.  We then use the information to contact the bank sponsoring the card, and verify the details with their merchant service dept.
