    KYC Verification



      I went to a Globe store earlier this day for the KYC. I did everything required. After that, I was told to wait for the verification message that I should receive within 24 hours. After 3 hours, my phone received the message where I should reply my PIN to confirm within 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I was taking a shower during the time that my phone received the message. I was not able to reply within 5 minutes. How can I ask globe to resend the verification message?
