    IMPORTANT: Handset not delivered for 2 weeks already


      I've been calling almost everyday for a follow-up on my handset. No one from the loyalty department bothered to get back to me for any updates / information. What is wrong with your customer service? The phone should have been delivered 2 weeks ago. Such inconvenience.


      Kindly get back to me on this. This is frustrating! I will terminate my contract if I don't get my handset this week.
