    Anti-Bill Shock Policy

    bengallevo

On Globe's Anti-Bill Shock Policy, I'm on a Lifestyle Plan 2499 which includes GoSurf 999 or a 5GB data allocation. So the maximum charge or ceiling for data is P1500. Assuming i exceeded by 5gb  (P10000 if computed on a per megabyte basis) and without any other on-top of the bill charges, how shall I be billed?

      Is it [P2499 + P1500]

      or

      [P2499 + (P1500-P999)]?

Please do not refer me to read the answer in the FAQs section because the explanation there is not clear to me. Moreso, I have talked to different specialists over the phone but their answers do not match.
