    No packet mobile data


      I recently replaced my old sim with a new LTE sim, but I can't connect to the internet via packet mobile data. I tried using my sim to other phones, but I can't connect also. I called the Customer Service, but I was directed to go to Globe Store... Any chance to resolve the issue without going to Globe Store?
