    Recontracting: Account Error/Can't proceed


      Hi Globe! Could somebody from your IT team fix an issue on my account? The Reference number is 81897343. I can't proceed with my accounts' recontracting process (even if my account is out of contract period ) due to this error. I've called the hotline 3x already and still the issue has not been fixed. The CSR in the Loyalty Department told me that they can't enter a new order for the new phone or change the plan to the new my lifestyle plan.
