    I cannot activate free spotify as I already have premium account there. Globe page says to select "I am accepting a Premium offer from a Spotify partner". This option does not exist

      Globe help pages are awful.

      Supply wrong information and give web urls that are broken.

      Unhelpful error messages such as date entered is incorrect format. So why not suggest the correct format?

      I have cancelled my Spotify premium but am still locked in to this until next payment due day.

      Because I still have premium, I cannot activate Globe offer.

      The instruction to select "I am accepting a Premium offer from a spotify partner" is not a valid selection
