    Help! No data on LG G3


      Hi! I just recently subscribed to GoSurf 299. (from June 6). Since Monday I could no longer get access to data. There's no H or H+ signal beside the signal bar (and I have full signal)

      As per the Globe customer service rep, my data and my plan are all okay on their system.


      I have already tried like a hundred times to turn my phone on and off or switch to airplane mode but to no avail. I am using an LG G3.

      Please help.
