I'm from Baguio City. I experienced Internet connection loss from 7:50pm - 11:00pm last June 18, 2015 and I just need to have an official reason or official report for this one. I'm not getting any valuable replies from any Globe Representative (Twitter, email, live chat, etc.). It's frustrating because I have been paying my bills in advance, and this is what I get. Please help me, I will lose my online job if this continues to happen. Also, my ping is too high (200ms) considering I'm the only one using the internet. And there isn't no positive change at all even though I restart my router or computer.
