Good luck on your request. It is NOT a practice of Globe to give a copy of the agreement that you have signed UNLESS you have asked it to be photocopied BEFORE they have forwarded it to their main office... and sometimes you have to be insistent. Once its there then Globe will make so many excuses for the delay of providing you with one (many just forget about it).
It is possible and I hope that they have changed their ways already but last time a friend requested it took Globe close to a year to provide him with one (with lots of follow up and had to rely on a contact inside).
To those who are reading this, do you actually have a copy of the contract that you have signed? If none, what then would be your basis in the services that Globe is offering?
I request now to talk2globe and I am waiting for their feedback about my request on my contract copy. Lets see and wait what is the response of Globe.
this is the response of talk2globe
"I see. You may visit the store where you signed up for the contract po since we can't access that with the tools on our end. Apologies for that .:("
In the end you will need to go to the store where you applied your plan to get a copy of your contract.
... and when you get to the store they will tell you that they have forwarded it already to the main office and it will take time to retrieve it. You will not be able to unless you constantly follow it up or use a person of authority to be able to retrieve it.
It's very hard to get something that would pertain to legality when it comes to Globe... a move that seems to be consistent with every move including that of sending paperless bills that does NOT conform with the e-commerce law.
