Call their hotline or create an account here GLOBE then add your account. In the account list click "Manage Account" the account you want to manage, at the right side of your account dashboard there is a button saying "Temporarily disconnect my line", pop-up will appear and input the necessary details.
Globe would usually agree to a 30 day suspension of service provided that another 30 days would be added to your lock in period if applicable (or if under a contract) For a longer period of time as per terms and conditions which we advise you to follow for legal purposes:
7.6 If the suspension is temporary and was requested by you for personal reasons, the Service may be automatically lifted after 30 days. If you wish to continue the suspension of the Service, you should contact us.
