      sir baka pwede naman po pakiayos ang landline ko wala po kac dial tone e at bumagal mo ang net connection ko 45kbps lang po nag start po dahil sa ulan hangang ngaun wala pa rin po dial tone thank

          It's best to report it to the hotline (211 Globe mobile or 02.730100 landline) to address it accordingly. You may have to look for a phone to call with since your landline is not working. Be sure to ask for the report/reference number so you know it has been properly documented.
