I want to ask Globe Services if there is still a chance that we can still connect to the internet using our DSL.
How it began...
The connection between the internet and landline was still stable until one day we realized that the connection was alternatively connected then disconnects. We (my family) notice that the tone that we hear on our telephone seems to have a loss of connection which it makes an unusual sound until the connection stoped.
Our bill was supposed to be paid today (06/26/2015) but even though we paid the connection is still not connected.
I would like to ask another question if can you fix our connections ?(not just ours but others if they have this problem)
