Are you on postpaid? Have you tried going to the store and have your sim replaced?

any progress on your LTE activation request? I called them up Saturday to manually activate, until now , still In Progress.
I'm just not so sure why it took so long for them to activate our SIM where in-fact its is already LTE enabled. They should've entered those ICCID in advance on their RSS system so its ready to use.
