      by next month my contract for my postpaid plan will expire,in the event that i decided to renew my contract,can i have a new cellphone unit as freebie?

              Nagtataka ako bakit ang customer pa ang kailangan tumawag for recontracting?

               

              Siguro mga 1 month bago matapos ang contract ng loyal customer, natawagan na siya at nakausap tungkol sa recontracting.

               

              Hindi ba namo-monitor ng G ang contract ng mga Loyal Customers niya?

               

              Parang wala ng pagpapahalaga sa Loyal Customer ang G sa ganitong gawain.

               

              Lumalabas nito na ang loyal customer pa ang lumalapit.

                This is unfair bakit ang mobile plan postpaid may ganitong offer free phone for recontracting.

                 

                Paano naman ang mga Tattto@Home Broadband DSL, LTE & Platinum recontracting loyal customer?

                    agentdonn well i think they have to call, and in our case natatawagan naman kami and my kapitbahay na inooferan ng mga rewards... actually kahit di pa man tapos may in advance advisory na, hehe .. you have to call na lang talaga then.. sa tattoo naman .. welkl i guess they have offers naman... you have to inquire..

                        Lucky for you pwede naman mag-reach out sa text message and email to explain what are the possible rewards na mai-ooffer nila. Pag sa Promo nakaka-reach-out sila, pero sa rewards wala, walang wala.

                         

                        Kaya nga nila akong padalhan ng billing statement sa email ko yung possible rewards list di nila masend?

                         

                        May Psychology involve and explanation kaya pinapatawag nila sa phone. To offer you rewards in a matter of time without thinking and choosing right away a reward in that conversation. Yan po ginagawa nila.

                         

                        Nag-search ako dito sa community ni isa wala pang nag-confirm na nabigyan ng rewards at inoperan ng kahit na anong rewards. For Tattto@Home Broadband DSL, LTE & Platinum loyal customer.

                         

                        And lastly hindi ako ang dapat mag-reach-out kay G, sila ang magreach-out sa akin.

                      I'm so frustrated with Globe, kasi months before my endo I've been calling them and asking about recontracting. Kahit di pa tapos yung contract ko, inooffer nila saken na magrecontract na ako, with an added charge. Sabi nila wala na kong babayaran kung a month before my endo ako magrecontract. So, I decided to wait instead. Nung pagtawag ko, sinasabi nila na walang stock yung gusto ko na phone tapos inooffer nila yung crappy phones nila. Kesyo one month na daw walang stock (kahit sinasabi nila na every two weeks sila nagrereplenish). Nung may babayaran ako, merong stock, tapos nung wala na kong babayaran wala ng stock? Chineck ko online, in-stock yung gusto ko na phone. Sinabi ko to sa customer service. Kesyo real time daw ang update nila compared sa website. Ano 'to, lokohan? One month na kayong walang stock, so ibig sabihin, one month nang hindi naguupdate yung website? Nakakaloka!

                      Isa pang frustration ko eh, etong requirement na magupgrade ng plan for recontracting. Before, wala nito. You could stay within the same plan for recontracting. Tapos ngayon, kelangan upgrade ka na automatically. I hate the new plan, kasi ang inooffer eh 1php lang na consumable. Grabe. Grabe lang talaga. Ang come on nila eh, kesyo unlimited calls and text to Globe/TM. Hindi lang Globe at TM ang cinocontact ko. Dati yung buong plan consumable. Grabe. Grabe talaga! Time to switch to other network na ba?
