The amount could be due to a lot of things including unposted payments, pro-rated monthly recurring fees, device charges which have not been adjusted, billed usage which have or have not been credit and even errors among others. We will not know until the details of your bill are shown.
Check the details of the statement sent to you and scrutinize it. Post it here if you still don't understand it so we could explain and help you out.
