    Globe DSL Broadband Connection Status Still Has Problem for Two Months Already!

      Hi, I would like to raise my concern regarding our Globe DSL Broadband with account number 842569456. Your support team always told us there is an ongoing network problem in our area and that would not provide a technical support personnel to check our unit. We have been reporting this problem since day one. Would you please be kind to let us know what seems to be the problem and why it is taking to long to resolve the issue?
