Subscribed to this promo only to find out that I can only use this between 11pm until 5:59am. Prior to subscribing, tried to search for the promo on the internet and there was no mention that I can only use this between the specified time. Only when I have successfully opted in that I was informed that I can only use this at a specific schedule.
My suggestion is for Globe to indicate this restriction and inform the subscribers upfront so as not to mislead us. I requested the customer service to opt me out from the service since I won't be able to use this promo anyway. However, the response I got from Rey, the CSR, is that I subscribed to it myself so there won't be any way that he can opt me out. Wow! Seriously?
So sorry about the misinformation and inconvenience on your end. Rest assured we'll keep your feedback in mind in the treatment of our other promos moving forward. I really appreciate your bringing this to my attention.
