    Where can I get a copy of my contract? i wanna cancel your sh*tty service.

      My service was installed last 06/30/2015... sobrang bagal walang nagloload na website pero ang technician nyo umalis pa din sabi within 3-5 days ma-a-activate ang acct at bibilis na. BTW your sales people lied, we asked about the data capping and sabi nila 50GB but when I spoke to your rep sabi nya 30GB lang further more your sales agent said to ff the step on the 1st text message we will get on the phone and the 1st message we got as soon as it was activated was a type of scam. send "300 cancel" para wag kayo macharge to "2+11 digit cell #". TSK TSK.

       

      Internet is ok for a day or two, I downloaded the HP movies from the first to last then the honeymoon stage is over. Mabagal na sya.

       

      07/06/2015 mabagal pa din .18 MBPS lang nakukuha sa 3MBPS pero ang upload speed eh nasa 3-4 MBPS. Tumawag ako at sabi ng agent eh my tech na dadating around 1PM the next day.

       

      07/07/2015 11AM nasa banko ako, tumatawag na yung technician, syempre banko so bawal sagutin. after ng transaction ko lumabas ako agad para sagutin, Your technician sounded arrogant at sya pa nagagalit kasi di ko masagot ang tawag nya habang nagsasalita ako pinasa nya yung phone sa isa pang tao na thank goodness polite naman, I JUST WANNA LET YOU KNOW NA ARRIVING EARLIER THAN THE SET APPOINTMENT IS STILL VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Di lang pag a-accomodate sa technicians nyo ang gagawin ko buong araw. Ang i-allocate lang sa inyo na time eh syempre yung napagkasunduan so pls tell your technician na hindi favor yung ginawa nya. Anyway nakarating sila sa bahay at kausap na nila ang father ko at ang acct owner na sister ko pero di nila naayos so nagpalusot sila na kakaiba daw kasi yung PC, walang CPU *facepalm* (Please google Lenovo B320) kaya mabagal. So umalis ang mga tech nyo na hindi nagagawa ang internet namin and guess what since ako ang point of contact dahil ako lang ang Globe sa bahay ( the agent insisted on having a globe number when we set up the appt) naka receive ako ng text from 1234 na i-update ko daw yung address namin kasi di nahanap ng technicians. *clap-clap*


      Anyway 1 week pa lang kaming customer napaka pangit na ng na-eexperience namin so we decided to have your service canceled. Please provide a way of communication na di kelangan marinig yung kausap because I am very volatile right now, ayokong makapagsalita ng masama sa taong walang kasalanan. AND I want our money back. You didn't keep your side of the deal so why should I. I'm ready to take this anywhere kahit mababang halaga lang. That's how annoyed I am.
