Nag apply ako for phone replacement (S6 edge gold 64gb) last June 20 sa SM Marikina globe business center. Nung pumunta ako, wala raw sila stock so nilagay nalang daw sa system then they told me to try other globe stores. The following day (June 21), pumunta naman ako sa SM Megamall gbc to apply. Again, wala raw sila stock kaya prinocess na nila tapos sinabing cocontact-in nila ako asap regarding dun sa phone replacement availability at dun sa agent complaint ko sa kanila. Ngayon, after several follow ups sa hotline (Yes, napakaefficient na walang direct contact dun sa mga gbcs, bravo.) eh wala parin ako narereceive na text nor tawag from the gbc while follow up na ng follow up yung samsung admin sakin regarding my phone replacement. Ganon ba talaga kabagal ang restocking ng globe? Mag 3 weeks na wala parin ni follow up sakin kung meron nang replacement/status of my agent complaint? Is that how globe displays its efficiency? Enlighten me, please. Nagstart na yung new plan ko hindi ko parin ma fully enjoy yung phone ko knowing na for replacement siya.
