Mobile internet usage and local data charges

Hi, I just want to ask if I will be charged if I exceed the 1Gb mobile internet usage? Because Globe always texts me that I have reached 1.5Gb or 2.5Gb mobile internet usage. I am subscribed on mysuperplan 1799 which has monthly mobile internet access. I use my phone as a wifi hotspot in the office so I could browse some websites on the computer but I believe that the sites that I'm visiting doesn't consume that much of data. I only download and update apps at home where I use our wifi instead of my mobile data. In my latest billing, my total local data charges is P467.85. Is this because of me exceeding the 1Gb mobile internet usage?
