Unfortunately, they won't give any definite answer to this. I have spoken to one of the supervisors from GCASH Customer Support, they really can't confirm. It's just sad.
Should you wish to talk to them, call 211, and asked to be transferred, 2882 does not have an option to talk to an operator, why? because your number has to be whitelisted to have that option to talk to someone, if it's not whitelisted, paikot ikot ka lang sa IVR nila.
WARNING: You may encounter CS Agents who do not know what to tell you but they seemed like a wall with posted note saying it's under maintenance until further notice. Kahit ano itanong mo, yan lang isasagot nila. Talk to a supervisor, they know what to say. It''s just sad that they do not train their agents what to say that is satisfactory.
