Your problem might be related to Having problems registering to GOSURF PROMOS
Check that thread and I'm surprised that it is still ongoing.
Just in case though you may want to troubleshoot it first by checking Cannot Connect | Troubleshooting | Help and Support and I Cannot Register to Promos | Troubleshooting | Help and Support

I can registered to GOSURF promo (GOSURF10 to be exact), i'm also receiving confirmation from 8888 that i'm successfully registered to GoSURF10 with 30720KB of mbile data but where's that DATA???? i can't feel the promo that i have availed. I'm also receiving notification that my promo has just expired, damn i don't even used a bit of its data.
