The reason why some can't talk to a live person to talk to a live person or CS agent via 2882 is because some numbers, most numbers are not whitelisted to have an option to talk to a live person.
What to do?
Call 211 from your globe mobile, talk to a mobile CS agent and asked to be transferred to GCASH department, they will be very happy to pop your call thru to them.
Once you are talking to a GCASH customer support, ask them to put your number - the number you use to call them - to be whitelisted and have this option.
What if the agent does not know what you are talking about, do not ever hesitate to talk to a supervisor, they know what to do and they will be able to do it for you, request for an sms confirmation, often takes 2 days including weekend for the update.
Once whitelisted, you will be able to talk to them via 2882 > option 1 > option 1> Option 7
