    Globe postpaid plan extended

      I already called customer's service for 6 times, i've been to globe store customer's service for 4times, even tried online chat and i hope globe community will help me.. i got my plan last MAY2013 at same time with my samsung galaxy S4 with lock up period of 2years.. my problem is that, the expiration date of the contract reflected on my bill is SEPTEMBER 2015??i've been explaining this to globe and they said that i was part of the your old system and so may account was not updated..

      my first call to globe was APRIL 2015 and it's already july 2015. Wala parin pong nangyayari.. reflected parin sa bill ko ang value na babayaran ko para sa handset na dapat ay tapos na..

      lagi po akong naghihintay sa telepono ng aabot 30mins para po sa mga tinatype at kinakausap ng customer's service ninyo.. sa globe store naman naghihintay ako ng 2hours para sa turn kong kausapin ang customer's service.. until now.. ganun parin ang bill ko..walang nangyari..

      Sana sing bilis magresponse ng globe sa problemang ganito gaya ng bilis din nilang magbigay ng due date para sa mga bill.. very disappointing!!
