In my first call, they said that they are making some escalations and in my succeeding calls still they are making additional escalations. One cs even tried to connect me with your technical group (its cherry).
CS from globe store eastwood made some notes or flashings. They said that cs will call me within 24 hours but nothing happened. Its been 3months and still im waiting for that 24hr call??..
