    phone replacement


      I already talked to a Tech Support regarding with the free unit from the globe plan that I recently extended. The unit lags whenever I got to use the pre installed app for web browsing while a messenger chat is open. I make sure though that no other applications were open on the next attempt to do browsing and messaging... the phone still lags. I already check if it was my internet connection, the area where I am at or maybe my mobile data. My old unit is much more better that the unit I got just recently.



      with problems such as a laggy unit, is it valid for phone replacement?


      My old unit was a Samsung Galaxy Core, got it free from my globe plan, and the unit I got this Monday was a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, which the main reason of my inquiry for a phone replacement.
