I just bought a new Globe LTE ready sim. It works fine except for the fact that it keeps on turning on my mobile data without my knowledge. I end up losing my load. Can anyone please help me?
P.S. I already am registered to the SurfAlert @ GServices but it still won't help me. Also tried Globe LiveChat but gave me vague instructions.
I think that might be an issue with your phone and not the sim. Are you using a Globe-provided phone?
