    HOW can Globe justify billing for an ADSL service when there is none? This is fraudulent!

      When I first had Globe installed, it all worked very well and I was impressed. The last 2 years I have had nothing but heartache! Only when I kick up a big fuss, does it work properly! Like this week, I complained bitterly to Customer Service about your DNS servers and my line being constantly dropped, the lady asked me to wait a few minutes...After that she came back to me and I had perfect internet with good speed for 3 days, now it is back to its usual nonsense!

       

      As for "FAIR USE" there is noting fair about it! If you are trying to download a game for example, and need to re-download half of it 10x because Globe drop your line, THAT IS NOT FAIR USE !!

       

      Globe needs to invest MORE into infrastructure and DELIVER what they charge us for - noting that we pay 3x more for ADSL here than in many western countries and THAT IT NOT FAIR EITHER !!
